Reverie Homes is a residential design, build and development firm focused on integrating the design and construction process.
With over 20 years of experience in residential real estate, we believe the success of any project starts with a full understanding of the clients goals. Once established, our team will coordinate the process from inspiration to completion.
Reverie Homes was founded by Molly Dvorak with the goal of integrating the design and build process into a seamless experience for her clients.
Molly started her career in multi-family apartment management and eventually oversaw the management of more than 3,000 units. She would regularly design and accessorize the vacant units, and discovered that potential renters loved her product and would lease the units immediately.
After leaving her career to raise kids, Molly founded Molly Dvorak Design. She was able to realize her passion for design helping clients design and renovate kitchens, bathrooms, basements and accessorizing homes. As an accomplished artist, her clients praise her creativity and new ideas.
Over the years, the project became larger and more complex. She would see her clients frustration with the traditional process and questions around hiring a contractor and how to manage them. She saw the opportunity to established a woman-owned design build/firm which helps clients design their dream spaces and then manage the construction management and completion.
